Prisma Migrations

This directory contains Prisma migration files, generated by:

pnpm db:migrate      # dev: creates a migration + applies it
pnpm db:deploy       # prod: applies committed migrations

The first migration is created when Phase 0 (TASK-0004) is executed — the schema is scaffolded here and validated with prisma validate / prisma migrate dev --name init.

Conventions:

Migrations are the only way to change the schema. Never edit generated SQL manually; add a new migration instead.
Every schema change ships with the feature task that requires it (see docs/tasks/).
Destructive changes require a review and must be recorded in the task file.
